It's surprising, these small moments of grace. 

Hope in hard truths that also bring grace.

Caught by surprise when I shouldn't have. 

It's surprising, these small moments of grace,

Letting it take root again. 

Letting revelations do a good work.

Maybe I Can....

            Maybe I can write something, here in the middle. In the middle of a chaotic work day. In the middle of hardship and pressure under the load of a workday. Maybe I can create, just create, to make room and space for good, for healthy. Even In

       Tired scribbles, in the rush. Worn words as the world wakes; as I wake. Falling lazily from my soul they begin to arrive; they must be tired too.          Triumph takes time sometimes; and I'll take that time. I'll work words, initiate ideas, wrestle with writing to triumph; giving grace to the journey, remembering it's not about perfect or plenty, but writing well...even in messy moments.
