Just A Minute Or Two

Just a minute or two to write something through, tired and worn and beat up too. Expressing the hurt in minute three and four, emptying me to open the door. Five and six I find there's a fix, building while walking I add to the mix, stones on a foundation and then I add sticks.

Seven and eight, starting to feel great, building hope and strength again, leading up to nine and ten. Winding down minute nine and ten, where I find I'm healing again, leaving the shackles of hurt within. Just a minute or two to ten or I'm found living stronger again.
