To Survive A Winter

To survive a winter, or whatever this, I press forward, intentionally, strategically. To overcome a strange time, with strange weather and forecasts that keep changing I look once more in the slow down that cold brings. To the adjustments of ever changing weather from cold to warmer and everything in between, and how I am to respond. I take longer moments (even if only seconds longer) to take in the terrain and move differently there.

To survive a winter, or whatever this is, I remember to live, taking every "hot cup of something" moment and savoring it. Every warmer, sunnier, day as the reminder light isn't gone, and neither is grace. I learn to take it in better, adjust in the varying "weather", and remember Jesus is faithful, even when the weather changes.
