Car After Car

Car after car and I'm waiting, somewhere in a night transition between a busy six day week of work, cold, and running that seems to never end. Stop then go and I'm in between, waiting for some provision for my family and I, wondering when the rest will be. Lights that pierce the night fast approaching remind me to hope, for the darkness of the unknown and the in between seasons will not last; rest will come.

Change comes and goes, but hope remains to all who will believe it; and I believe it. I know the rest will come; in the meantime in between time I'll take every second and minute offered to find restoration and renewal for my worn soul and body.
