Right Now

              There is a Psalm in the Bible where David said after stating something, that THEN he will be happy, rejoice in the Lord even. This isn't to speak negatively about him, yet it got me thinking, "Why not right now?". I am far too often guilty of this. When so and so happens I'll be excited and joyful. What about right now? Why not right now? I'm not seeing the present joys due to a lack of right focus; not one that ignores proper farsightedness, but one that looks at ALL OF THE PICTURE OF LIFE. 

               Right now, help me to rejoice and find joy Jesus. Forgive me for not looking at the whole picture instead of simply what isn't or is lacking.

Just Write (How To Create When You're Beginning And Feeling Overwhelmed)

               You’re stuck. You feel empty. Overthinking seeks to imprison you; you can’t be shackled though, unless you don’t try. Just write. Don’t worry if it’s perfect, or even how much you will be able to write. Listen as you do, listen as that “inner writer” speaks (for they will) and words will arrive to meet you. First a few words will gather together, one by one, making complete pictures; small actions to a bigger result of greater writing. The little will grow, and so will your confidence. I Will Stand My Ground

        Light breaks through as clouds of despair are pierced, as hope begins to shine bright again, fierce and unrelenting. Life enters with the wind where change casts it's welcome breezes, and here I breathe in this refreshing shift of resolve.         Small steps are taken toward the dawning of renewal, a faith restored again as a good to be is reassured and seen in parts with each movement to healing; healing to grace for the broken, direction for the lost...for us all.
