Awaken

         Awaken; though the skies fall! Awaken; though the ground shakes beneath you! Awaken; as your world crumbles! You were born for this moment, the one where you come alive, give fire to the dying embers of lives that have nearly extinguished! Awaken; to awaken others around....in Jesus' name!

I Saw

          I saw the child before me, showing joy and innocence, present in the present and fully embracing jubilation even in the everyday. I witnessed the fun still evident in the fundamental responsibilities of daily living as the aging youth went about their day. I saw dancing, then the timid pulling back of a child-like nature.
