Writing As Therapy

Some may know, but most don't, that one of the biggest (if not the biggest) reason I write is for therapy. It helps me to process life and things I think and encounter. It also helps me to communicate better and empty myself of alot of things that weigh me down so I can live much more free.

I enjoy the wordplay, what can be done with the written language as well as the artistic expression, but overall it's therapy. I sorta hope also though that when I express things it may help others, maybe even encourage others to remind them they are not alone. Writing is some of the best therapy ever, second to prayer time, worship and spending time with Jesus through reading and studying the Bible.

Sidenote: If any of the writing on this blog has made a good impact on your life in someway (EVEN if it was something you may have enjoyed reading for a particular reason), please feel free to share this blog with someone else who could be blessed also. Thank you for your support!
