Greater

              Greater; the value of community and those within it. Greater. Greater than sacrifices that we all must make at times, ones where we're willing to lay aside ourselves to meet needs of our tribes, our "people", our families (however that looks in our lives; for not every family is the same). Greater is the ever increasing value of our treasured loved ones when we continue on to achieve what is needed (and that can be more than just literal things, or the basic necessities). 

               As others around us are lifted up, struggles become less to us and there is a greater strength. There are still hardships, the wrestle is real and even fierce at times, yet we are driven to not let our families and friends fall. Sometimes it must be learned (to lay ourselves aside). Sometimes it doesn't come all at once (this selfless way of life). These are real struggles in my life if I'm being transparent; yet there is a stronger drive and focus to see my family and friends do well....to see so many others be whole, empowered and complete around me also. This makes the journey, the fight, easier as there is greater longing to see Jesus working in others and see them become whole.

                Greater is the value of community and those within it, greater than sacrifices we all must make at times, ones we're willing to make as compassion and love rise strong in us to do so...for them, in Jesus' name .

Just Write (How To Create When You're Beginning And Feeling Overwhelmed)

               You’re stuck. You feel empty. Overthinking seeks to imprison you; you can’t be shackled though, unless you don’t try. Just write. Don’t worry if it’s perfect, or even how much you will be able to write. Listen as you do, listen as that “inner writer” speaks (for they will) and words will arrive to meet you. First a few words will gather together, one by one, making complete pictures; small actions to a bigger result of greater writing. The little will grow, and so will your confidence. I Will Stand My Ground

        Light breaks through as clouds of despair are pierced, as hope begins to shine bright again, fierce and unrelenting. Life enters with the wind where change casts it's welcome breezes, and here I breathe in this refreshing shift of resolve.         Small steps are taken toward the dawning of renewal, a faith restored again as a good to be is reassured and seen in parts with each movement to healing; healing to grace for the broken, direction for the lost...for us all.
