Digging (An Anthem Of Perseverance)

         Through the dirt of a day I'm digging. Through the weight of "soil" I am clawing my way through, prayerfully. Exhausting in every way, still I persist. It must be done, it must be finished somehow, for life keeps going. 

         Through the pressure to "tunnel" beyond the heaviness of responsibility while not being buried beneath I continue. This is the fight, the moment where there is no laying down and giving up. This is digging through the dark places of much and alot to get to finished. This is persistence, where I'm continuing on (by the grace of God).

Just Write (How To Create When You're Beginning And Feeling Overwhelmed)

               You’re stuck. You feel empty. Overthinking seeks to imprison you; you can’t be shackled though, unless you don’t try. Just write. Don’t worry if it’s perfect, or even how much you will be able to write. Listen as you do, listen as that “inner writer” speaks (for they will) and words will arrive to meet you. First a few words will gather together, one by one, making complete pictures; small actions to a bigger result of greater writing. The little will grow, and so will your confidence. I Will Stand My Ground

        Light breaks through as clouds of despair are pierced, as hope begins to shine bright again, fierce and unrelenting. Life enters with the wind where change casts it's welcome breezes, and here I breathe in this refreshing shift of resolve.         Small steps are taken toward the dawning of renewal, a faith restored again as a good to be is reassured and seen in parts with each movement to healing; healing to grace for the broken, direction for the lost...for us all.
