Light And Dark

            Somewhere between sleeping and waking there is awe; that moment of transition. Somewhere in the shift Life calls us, issuing an invitation to start again, enter something new and exciting. Between the light and the dark Hope calls us to something amazing: grace in a new day. "Walk with Me. Listen and follow.", words that stir us all, stir me. Light enters this tired soul from a dark slumber of struggle and I am rising, taking steps, slowly and fully as Life as Hope calls me; as Jesus calls.

          I saw the child before me, showing joy and innocence, present in the present and fully embracing jubilation even in the everyday.
