Sometimes It's Okay....
Sometimes it's okay to share struggles, and this can inspire others when we do. Below is a complication of some works I've written lately that I'm sharing to inspire someone that it's okay to struggle, and EVEN HERE Jesus works and redeems (displayed in "Of Calm Within").
With Each (Non-Fiction)
Hope, one line at a time, when time is on the line; hope, with each word written.
Of Calm Within (Nonfiction)
In the quiet I am found, moving, speaking. In the silent in between I work, watch as I act, wait when necessary for the most good, for the most grace done.
In the still I am there, not one of inactivity, or of lack of progress, but of calm within; regardless of chaos that swirls around you.
I am rest, hope, and salvation even in the darkest of valleys. You are here, and I am grateful Jesus, here working; thank You.
Carefully (6-Word Non-Fiction)
"Continue consistency." , carefully considering consistent care.
Turning At One Hundred (Non-Fiction)
Turning at one hundred and I don't know how to handle it. Taking turns of life at breakneck speed as I brace for the sudden shift of direction. Turning at one hundred as life tries to make me wreck; or maybe this is not life. Running, running at full speed as the cylinders and pistons of everyday activities go faster and faster, work harder and harder with each roar of the engine within that fires off in daily energy spent. Turning at one hundred and still I'm learning how, how to adjust in the handling of these sudden turns, how to avoid the sudden crash in this breakneck pace as I speed down the road of life. I hit the throttle with each compression of the accelerator in energy spent looking once again at a sudden turn fast approaching, and how to navigate it once more at one hundred miles per hour.
Sidenote: If any of the writing on this blog has made a good impact on your life in someway (EVEN if it was something you may have enjoyed reading for a particular reason), please feel free to share this blog with someone else who could be blessed also. Thank you for your support!
