Slowly (Acrostic Poetry)

Starting one step,

Learning to take two,

On the way to restoration,

When days have beat us up,

Leveraging speed for quality,

Yet remembering slowly intentionality.

Even In

       Tired scribbles, in the rush. Worn words as the world wakes; as I wake. Falling lazily from my soul they begin to arrive; they must be tired too.          Triumph takes time sometimes; and I'll take that time. I'll work words, initiate ideas, wrestle with writing to triumph; giving grace to the journey, remembering it's not about perfect or plenty, but writing well...even in messy moments. Very Real (Non-Fiction Experiment)

          "Around the corner and two blocks down, walking on forever it seems. Around the bend and just down the road there is something. Something, yet what is not known; still he sees.
