Throwing Stars (An Older Poem I Wrote)

Tossed into the void,

thrown first,

then aimed in each effort made.

Precision gained with maximum effect.

Light scatters the hidden,

reveals life and hope,

joy in the impact made,

when throwing stars.

Bright and beautiful,

a path now uncovered,

a faith born and growing:

that all will be well again,

better than before,

when throwing stars of conviction into the destruction,

into the lies and falsehoods we once believed.
