Chase The Storm (An Older Poem I Wrote)

Lightning and thunder,

rain that is heavy,

danger is present,

I enter the chaos still.

Unfolding,

this great theater of celestial violence.

Awakening,

an unrivalled desire to tame this beast:

the trials of life.

To chase the storm that seeks to undo me.

To overcome these great challenges.

To rise again and thrive,

truly thrive in the living of life.

Again I will take my place among the chaos,

once more entering into the great unknown,

in it will I live,

live as I chase the storm.
