Through (An Acrostic Poem)

 Through new expression there's a story,

Having many words in many different ways said,

Ready to communicate change honestly,

On another journey through exploration,

Under pressure heavy still a voice speaks,

Going through the trials to express clearly,

Having courage to express a life differently.

I Saw

          I saw the child before me, showing joy and innocence, present in the present and fully embracing jubilation even in the everyday. I witnessed the fun still evident in the fundamental responsibilities of daily living as the aging youth went about their day. I saw dancing, then the timid pulling back of a child-like nature.
