When You're Walking Through A Valley.....

             When you're walking through a valley, and the clouds above seem endless, keep walking. When you're walking through a valley, and the road before you feels endless, don't stop...just.keep.walking. When you're walking through a valley, and the mountains feel far and beyond reach, remember they had to start somewhere; keep going. 

.            When the days appear hopeless, and you wonder if you'll overcome those long journeys through the trials you face, remember the valley doesn't last forever, and it's here you learn endurance and wisdom to reach mountaintops. Keep going. Keep remembering good is possible. Never focus on the valley floor, only that you'll be stronger for the climb to a beautiful reward of hope and healing when you didn't quit and could've.

Just Write (How To Create When You're Beginning And Feeling Overwhelmed)

               You’re stuck. You feel empty. Overthinking seeks to imprison you; you can’t be shackled though, unless you don’t try. Just write. Don’t worry if it’s perfect, or even how much you will be able to write. Listen as you do, listen as that “inner writer” speaks (for they will) and words will arrive to meet you. First a few words will gather together, one by one, making complete pictures; small actions to a bigger result of greater writing. The little will grow, and so will your confidence.         Light breaks through as clouds of despair are pierced, as hope begins to shine bright again, fierce and unrelenting.
