How Hope Changes Things

             The days past quickly. The hours become minutes and we are left to scramble; but for Hope. Hope that says, "Try. Try and see how it turns out.". We approach our mountains, look to their seemingly endless heights, we question whether we can overcome them, even climb them sometimes (I know I do). Hope speaks in our overwhelmed soul, "Go, a little at a time If you must, but go...and climb.", and we do. Hope changed things in this encouragement and empowering. 

              We can't always see the full picture, and Hope shows us the rest, reminds us of the truth and what can be done. I still struggle to believe this sometimes, then Hope empowers me, fearful and self-conscious me. Here I am reminded what can be done, I just need to have faith that Hope will do what I can't, and through Hope I can: for Hope is Jesus; and I can be "renewed in strength", "soar on wings like eagles", "run and not grow weary",  "walk and not faint" as I place my faith through trust in Hope who is Jesus (Isaiah 40:31)......as I believe and remain in Hope (Psalm 91)...for Hope is Jesus, and that is how He changes things.

Just Write (How To Create When You're Beginning And Feeling Overwhelmed)

               You’re stuck. You feel empty. Overthinking seeks to imprison you; you can’t be shackled though, unless you don’t try. Just write. Don’t worry if it’s perfect, or even how much you will be able to write. Listen as you do, listen as that “inner writer” speaks (for they will) and words will arrive to meet you. First a few words will gather together, one by one, making complete pictures; small actions to a bigger result of greater writing. The little will grow, and so will your confidence. I Will Stand My Ground

        Light breaks through as clouds of despair are pierced, as hope begins to shine bright again, fierce and unrelenting. Life enters with the wind where change casts it's welcome breezes, and here I breathe in this refreshing shift of resolve.         Small steps are taken toward the dawning of renewal, a faith restored again as a good to be is reassured and seen in parts with each movement to healing; healing to grace for the broken, direction for the lost...for us all.
