Hope Remains (Nonfiction Experiment)

On a few bars I write, how many I know not, only that hope cannot be stopped; so I write. Through cold and uncomfortable I walk a page for a while, sitting near lights of many colors upon branches of a white tree lit up in the quiet morning moment.          Through the limitations of reception I speak with every word written, reach past the difficulty of connection upon some online platform and page. Through the floor of uncomfortable a strange comfort through peace is found, found with each idea expressed as consideration of family that still sleeps is held and grace is given in the paused pace. "Could cold stop the warm fires of a persistent, consistent soul?", an ice fisherman asks, staring at a still line remaining ready for fish to catch through the frozen waters of an ice fishing shack in some ice fishing hole made. It stirs suddenly, and the fisherman reels in his large catch, answering the question asked of cold: No."; and I a...

Musing (6-Word Non-Fiction)

November nearing closing completely; me musing. Sidenote: If any of the writing on this blog has made a good impact on your life in someway (EVEN if it was something you may have enjoyed reading for a particular reason), please feel free to share this blog with someone else who could be blessed also. Images

Images, and they keep speaking, even in the worn and busy. Pictures that call to be heard, given voice to, and I rise to listen and speak for them. The orange glow of a heat lamp that invites the weary feline travellers to rest and stay warm for a time. The forgotten quarter, worn and forgotten on the ground, only to be picked up by one who knows what it's like to be forgotten. The tree limbs stretching through shadows upon some house wall, giving a haunting beauty even in the dark.            Images that tell a story and I'm listening, ready to speak for them and their impact here.  Sidenote: If any of the writing on this blog has made a good impact on your life in someway (EVEN if it was something you may have enjoyed reading for a particular reason), please feel free to share this blog with someone else who could be blessed also. Here, Now

As the morning came, and I moved through the morning where my family still slept, I was struck by the dark surrounding. As I considered this, I began hearing these words in my spirit where Jesus was talking to me about it. Below is what I heard. Sharing it here to encourage someone today.                           Here, Now (Non-Fiction)           In the dark I am moving, even though it is not seen. In the hidden I am still working; even though results are not obvious. In the dark of those hidden movements and hidden places My Hope, My grace, and My mighty working power all coming from My love through My presence here with you are still at work; even though they are not seen. For what is seen is temporary but what is unseen is eternal; and I am eternal. Rest in this promise and truth here, now. Sidenote: If any of the writing on this blog has made a good impact on...

In Three Words...

In a major time crunch, and a difficult morning, I sought to write SOMETHING. I looked again at a way I've been looking at how to perfect: the numbered writing way where you write a complete thought in as few words as possible. What I was able to write both surprised and encouraged me, and so I'm sharing them below to encourage someone else also. Thank you for your support! Keep (3-Word Non-Fiction) Just.Keep.trying! In Hardships (3-Word Non-Fiction) Hope; in hardships.  Sidenote: If any of the writing on this blog has made a good impact on your life in someway (EVEN if it was something you may have enjoyed reading for a particular reason), please feel free to share this blog with someone else who could be blessed also. Keep Going (6-Word Fiction)

Very Real (Non-Fiction Experiment)

"Around the corner and two blocks down, walking on forever it seems. Around the bend and just down the road there is something. Something, yet what is not known; still he sees. Still he hopes, moving forward through the tattered town, moving with hope." , a hope I can feel through this fictitious character on a very real day of difficulty. Making It Easier: Part 3

These are some writings I wrote recently that I'm putting here to make it easier for anyone to find them, and to add value. They are posted below. Thank you for being here!         This Is The Moment (Non-Fiction I Wrote)        This is the moment, when it matters most. This is the moment, when it will win the day if applied. This is the moment, when giving up is not an option, when hope applied will begin to spark that fire of resilience that leads to abundance from success.          This is the moment we all will face, even myself as I look once again at how to continue forward through life's challenges and difficult moments where life does not come easy.                  Little Steps (Nonfiction)                  Little steps toward growth. Seemingly insignificant sometimes, though it's not. I see patterns...

Making It Easier (Part 2)

These are some shorter writings I wrote recently that I'm putting here to make it easier for anyone to find them, and to add value. They are posted below. Thank you for being here! Treasures (6-Word Fiction)  Listening, remembering. Old man treasures records. Have (6-Word Non-Fiction) Find faith. Be brave. Have hope. Continue (6-Word Non-Fiction) "Can consistency continue?", musing, trying again. From (Non-Fiction Experiment)          From fire, frosty. Cold comes calling. We're wondering why. From faith, freedom. Freedom from fear; grace given. Here hope happens; when weather wanders weird. Spanning (Nonfiction Experiment I Wrote)

Another day, busy again, writing again; still I write. From tree to tree, leaping fearlessly, and I remember you. Brave squirrel spanning distance with ease, and I'm considering you and how your very real bravery from the fictitious will inspire me as I leap the tree limbs of life. Sometimes It's Okay....

Sometimes it's okay to share struggles, and this can inspire others when we do. Below is a complication of some works I've written lately that I'm sharing to inspire someone that it's okay to struggle, and EVEN HERE Jesus works and redeems (displayed in "Of Calm Within").  With Each (Non-Fiction)     Hope, one line at a time, when time is on the line; hope, with each word written.  Of Calm Within (Nonfiction)         In the quiet I am found, moving, speaking. In the silent in between I work, watch as I act, wait when necessary for the most good, for the most grace done.          In the still I am there, not one of inactivity, or of lack of progress, but of calm within; regardless of chaos that swirls around you.         I am rest, hope, and salvation even in the darkest of valleys. You are here, and I am grateful Jesus, here working; thank You. Carefully (6-Word Non-Fiction)...
