Rabbits And Rain

           Rabbits and rain and I dream, writing, listening to stories told to my writer's soul with each bit of fiction written, listening as the rain falls and the memories echo inside me. Pictures and words begin appearing and I write amid adverse circumstances of weather. Rabbits and rain and I watch and record in memories videos, watch as the land drinks a cup of refreshing. Here the inspiration to write the made up is given, this God-given blessing and I write as the land is drenched again, where stories of rabbits comfort me in the rain, even if it's only temporary.

Just Write (How To Create When You're Beginning And Feeling Overwhelmed)

               You’re stuck. You feel empty. Overthinking seeks to imprison you; you can’t be shackled though, unless you don’t try. Just write. Don’t worry if it’s perfect, or even how much you will be able to write. Listen as you do, listen as that “inner writer” speaks (for they will) and words will arrive to meet you. First a few words will gather together, one by one, making complete pictures; small actions to a bigger result of greater writing. The little will grow, and so will your confidence.         Light breaks through as clouds of despair are pierced, as hope begins to shine bright again, fierce and unrelenting. Life enters with the wind where change casts it's welcome breezes, and here I breathe in this refreshing shift of resolve.         Small steps are taken toward the dawning of renewal, a faith restored again as a good to be is reassured and seen in parts with each movement to healing; healing to grace for the broken, direction for the lost...for us all.
