One At A Time
Swirling, and it's all happening at once: life and the events of a day. Look here, go there, busy becomes the way and the language in this everyday, a way that drains us, drains me. One at a time I begin to look, engaging focus with each event taken in. One at a time with each passing of time that rushes in then out and away in the same way a tide from a wave would. One matter, in one direction, with one focus: to give quality over quantity, life over survival , joy and contentment over anxiety and stress. This is the active life of us all. This is a picture of a burdened mind, heart, and soul responding to the waves of too much and how it will be overcome: one at a time.
